this was the responce i received after I sent in a few questions.

I asked if there was a specific date that Shell would announce the winning bid

If we were successful when would we have to pay for the prize?In most transactions the monies are due on the transfer of title which could take some time,even a year,which would allow time for Mart to save money for that date thus raising of funds would be minimized.Would you agree with this thought?
Are we waiting for any further pumps or equipment to complete the new pipeline?
