Done at a lower price than I would have liked, but it was expected this year. $6.9 million (less fees) will be enough to complete the permitting (which includes environmental/social studies and the deposit development plan) at which point Olza goes up for sale. I'm still a bit sore about the $4.4 million bailout of HTR, but nothing can be done about it at this point.<br/><br/>
As for the SP holding after the PP, it's all Instinet (presumably a European institutional buyer). I have a feeling this was coordinated with Instinet because they upped their bid (without buying pressure forcing them to do so) from the low 20s to 32. Instinet may have also subscribed as part of the PP. I guess we'll see if they are still iceberging once the remainder of their bid at 32 is taken out by Anonymous who keeps pumping 500 share sales into the books.<br/><br/>
