Very telling ministerial shuffle and appointments.

Very telling ministerial shuffle and appointments. It is worth noting that several ministers were shuffled to other portfolios. Sarmiento was not one of them. If she was considered an up-and-comer she would have held onto the Environment portfolio or been given another one. Only my opinion but she was cannon fodder to get to the election. A quick review of the new ministers important to us shows they are business oriented. As I mentioned months ago, she was a closet environmentalist and we suffered for it.

I think we will have a further wait, but that is probably a good thing. Or, the best case scenario is recognition that Angostura is not in Paramo and we can get on with it since EOM is not affected by environmental law.
