Options and Warrants

Options and WarrantsQuakes when I look at the options and warrants recorded on the FCU website as at August 7,2014
it is recapped as follows.

Options         31,486,083         Cash to FCU if exercised   $32,055,389.

Warrants        8,452,199          Cash to FCU if exercised     $6,863,292.

Total             39,938,282                                                          $38,918,681

It looks to me that if all the warrants and options are excerised the share total o/s goes to 392,424,492 but if this happens the company bank account moves up $ 38,918,681.
So there is dilution but the net result is not near as bad as it first appears at the current stock price. Looks also like they are already at the 10% max for options and warrants.
Am I missing anything?
My expectation is we all will end up with over $3.00 per share in the end and could be much higher if drilling expands the current deposit ,as well as locates some more deposits. The NXE drill results makes this much more likely now in my view.
