RE:Earnings Conference Call "You know what.....at the end of the day.  You know what ?  We thought we were a 9 but we are a 3 and now we will act like a 3 ......."  "and we have infrastructure for a 12....."

Actually, for a company that is essentially on the ropes, Gibson was pretty forthright in explaining what they are going to do.   I still have my pile of pennies and will hope they can pull it off.     They obviously have enormous challeges ahead.    One can only wonder how they can get the needed $$ to get this "disaster"  (his words) in Arizona running.
