When you're in McDonalds standing in line waiting to push yet another BigMac into your face, are you a customer or not?
Maybe they're not yet paying cutomers, but they're potential customers.
BTW when you're planning to distract by taking one of my quotes out of context, it's probably best to crop out my use of the term "potential cutomers" in the previous sentence, fool.
