Don't agree at all with your line of thought.  If management would be proactive, they would have diversify long time ago their revenue stream outside of yemen such that we, as shareholders, would not be at risk constantly when there is unstability or when the pipeline is blown up etc.  Are we not still at $1.50???  An analogy that I use is to look at your own portfolio.  Do you have all your money into one stock?  If the answer is no, it's a wise decision, it's not good to have all your eggs into one basket, that's what management does with CVI by maintaining one source of income, yemen - an unstable country.  I know why Ed does that, in the event that he get's kicked out, he wants to sell to the highest bid and have the least amount of shares such that his 18M shares will be worth more or if he privatize before then
