They announced the same type of deal in June

They announced the same type of deal in JuneWith India.  Waiting on regulatory approval LOL.   The stock never moved past .14.  Then a big dilution at .11.  And now the stock moves.  Why are there no sales in Canada?  Check the financials.   You will lose here guaranteed.   I hate to see folks lose money.  Regulatory approval.   LOL.
