RE:RE:RE:RE:Dundee Corp. owns an estimated 35% stake in Woulfe Mining MakeMeMoney, Woulfe is being set up for a high stakes bidding war. Multiple big name investors are investing in Woulfe like Goodman's Dundee Corporation and Buffett's IMC part of the Berkshire Hathaway group of companies. Plus Korea Zinc and Colonial First State both own a major stake in Woulfe Mining. With several large companies involved Woulfe could demand a premium for the shareholders in buyout negotiations. Woulfe only needs around $100 million to finish construction on the mine. A fully producing, highly profitable world class tungsten mine will sell at a much higher price if there is a buyout. It makes more sense to wait until after production begins before attempting to sell the mine.

To me edmed that's what I think will happen here. With the big boys like Warren and Dundee interested they will more than likely get the lions share for nothing in the end. Especially since WOF fully diluted is at 420 Million shares. I initially had some interest in this stock but now looking at what is going on all I can see is a takeover that leaves the little guys in the dust...
