RE:We should move forward soon and i have been acumulating in I agree with you big al.  This story has much to do with size rater than economics.  A large country wanting to lock into a longterm supply will want 'best of breed' quantity and quality.  Yes the capex is over $1 billion but that is nothing when you compare it to an iron ore project.  Iron ore projects are much more abundant around the globe but projects like Strange Lake with its scope and size are very rare.  The Quebec will not put this project into production all by itself, but will facilitate a country wanting this critical supply.
