looks to be the only primary seller today.... I doubt it'll go much lower. Based on my calcs the post rights valuation (should $200 mil worth of shares be purchased) would be $.90 based on the $1.46 buyout offer and 785,000,000 shares outstanding.
Lets hope the Kurds can beat ISIS back and Zagros can shore up some more bbls.
