The company and shareholders are one in the same. They have chosen a conservative route to raise the funds and I'm glad they did. The believers will step up at any price and those that don't know what's here may or may not and that's fine. Eric's job is to keep this on the road and he's not concerned with guys that are going to get in and out every 6 months. I'm certain he'd like to raise funds at a higher SP but this is his reality, if he does it after the summer news and the news isn't great he's going to scramble as there isn't anything that's going to trigger any hope for the SP in the near term so he's stuck. He's going to leverage the news from the summer program and the longs will be by his side and the guys here for a quick buck may or may not survive and he doesn't care. The SP is a non issue to him except when he's raising money, if he wanted the SP higher, he would spend some time on promotion but he doesn't care about promoting because he knows what he has. By the time he's done with this offering the insiders percentage of ownership will have increased and my hats off to them.
