Ya I agree with this. I am surprised that they are not moving now with their marketing plan for the new company, and bringing their backers in to PXL in a more meaningful way. they showed lots in the first five days, but since have been AWOL. What they may or may not realize, is that it costs 5X the amount to find new shareholders as it does to hold onto existing shareholders. so its in their beneficial interest to get in the game now. IMO, if they have this stock north of 30c by mid Sep, they close the deal. if not, they risk losing the deal. for the amount of money and effort they have already expended, losing this deal will crush their credibility, and any future deals. with a 50% voter turnout (which is the norm), it would only take 10m shares voting against them and they have big egg all over their face. and that number would not be hard to get.
