RE:Long Shot

RE:Long Shot
Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and there is some truth. The history for the company has been very clouded and full of intrigue. Management has taken dramatic steps to try to clean up the company and reduce their expenditures and refocus their business plan to MMJ. I would NOT say that they decided to do this overnight (as many of the jr. mining co.'s turned MMJ applicants) as they were making strategic steps such as divesting their inner Mongolia greenhouse assets, and bringing on board Joe Wong, and consultants to improve their chances of a valid producer licence.

They do NEED to get their licence, because everything hangs on that. If they do, it will be a huge accomplishment for the company. In my opinion, going to $2 would be tough on just the licence approval. Maybe in conjunction with a first crop production, and secured sales contracts it might be possible. That said, a licence approval would probably see a nice gap up from these nickel and dime levels. To me, I'd be impressed if we saw 0.25-0.40.

As far as financing. Again, I think it hinges on the licence. They have a significant investor in the recent PP that apparently has a lead on Asian investment. By getting a licence, I don't think they would have a problem in raising funds.
