The Anderson story is getting tractionI had opportunity to sit with an engineer and broker on Friday and both were a aware of the story and recent results. they re-iterated my comments on how unique it is to see a company put in a press release that their wells reach payout within a year. That a great quick return of capital, with years of income to support growth in the company. While some of expressed concern over not reporting 60 and 90 day production, the bottom line is there are drilling wells for the low end of the cost spectrum, and having payout in a year or less ... is more than ample information that these are great oil and gas investments. you may have a company giving you more production data, that spent 7.5m on the well, and may not reach payout for 2+ years. So I am happy with this level of info. it was interesting that the engineer was approached this week from a collegue about investing in AXL, which was interesting. it was the consensus of this group that the stock should be trading at .45-.50 prior to the spud of this long horizontal (which they had details of), and up to .60 if successful. they only concern raised was that they believed that some of their lands they farmed in on, which of course means after payout, their interest drops in the well. not sure about this, if someone knows they can post. but from an investment point of view, and technical on the cart, the consensus that a 40% return to 42c in the next 3 months was highly likely. nothing wrong with that.
