MD@AI noticed in the last two MD@A reports management made the point of saying that
they have no plans to buy back common shares or convertible debt with
"NORMAL COURSE ISSUER BIDS". As far as i know, a company does not have to
issue a normal course issue bid to buy back convertible debentures. They would have to issue
one to buy back common shares. Can anyone confirm what the rule is.
