These are the results from the 8 boreholes mentioned in the July 8 news release so 6 weeks turnaround.

There should be at least 4 or 5 more Grasset boreholes already completed that haven't been reported as alluded to in July 8 news release.

Also they have already stated that the unreported boreholes have expanded Grasset mineralized zone along strike and to depth as well.  On-going drilling continues to intersect broad zones of sulphide mineralization, both along strike from, and beneath, the holes reported today  (Aug 18 NR )

The initial phase of testing has now successfully defined the local controls on the attitude, continuity and structural aspects of the Horizon 3 discovery. This has allowed on-going drilling to incorporate wider step outs and thus more efficiently and rapidly expand the size of the mineralized zone.  From the lack of qualifiers and the way it is worded, I take it to mean BAR is stating that the size of the mineralized zone has growing rapidly wrt time (efficiently) but also wrt size/growth rate (rapidly) beyond that defined in this news release.  Of course, I could be misinterpreting that.

Still looking for results from Martiniere/Bug Lake testing of the southern segment of the Bug Lake Gold Zone and further testing/infill drilling of the northern segment of the Bug Lake Zone which returned numerous strong intercepts including 1,138 g/t gold over 4.38 metres in the most recently completed phase of drilling (see NR14-10; May 12, 2014).

Also looking for new Martinere exploration results at some point we have plans to drill test two or three new targets within our 700 square kilometre Detour Gold Trend Project this summer, including one of the most promising gold targets we have identified to date. (July 8 NR)
