Financing and Dilution

Financing and DilutionI am not a fan of  dilution, however the results being produced far exceed the money being raised.  Therefore it makes sense.  FCU needs as many pounds as possible for a 43-101. HAT got pounded on their initial resource estimate as one young dufus analyst  with limited mining experience issued an I told you so.  Resource estimates are typically very stingy.  The options cap will now go up. I will be dissapointed if they issue more of those.   If another 5000 meters of drilling adds another 2 plus million pounds more then who cares. Also there is more potential news for the analysts and investors. An industry contact advised me the fund managers in NY vacation in August so the venture interest wanes. Patience will be rewarded into the fall/winter.  Better to have cash than not...this deposit is a beast.  We can't have it both ways...it costs money to add pds. Bad dilution is when you shoot blanks or grease your buddies at investor expense.  HAT had to dilute to grow that deposit. They also lucked out with market conditions but the ride was not smooth and at times frustrating. Japan starts ought to give FCU a boost later this year. The blue sky chatter will start again.
