I agree with you bobvee, I own Mart and the 0.05 divi per quarter was great (was between 10%-15% annual yield).  Now they have reduced the divi due to their expenditure with the new pipeline and also to fund the other potential oil field.  Perhaps CVI should have announded a recurring quarterly divi of 0.02 for an annual yield of 5.3%, perhaps the market would see this as more positive as coming september, the SP will go down by 0.07.
