All good Laclol, except: "And if POSCO wanted quiet , they would not have released news of the mill themselves". As we can notice, news coming out of POSCO's mouth does not boost that much  interest in LAC. As long as things stay this way, POSCO might be the only one really taking advantage of this partnership.
