RE:RE:Why no action?I am not sure either but Teck did pick up a big pile of shares at a bargain price.  Share packages that have significant size are not that commonly available and I suppose whoever was the previous owner could not see a future for their position and just decided to take their losses at this time. Perhaps there was some tax advantages to them?
My speculation that Teck would support AQM going forward with loan guarantees or some other route is pure speculation but I did see this process take place at Abacus with KGMH making this type of offer to Abacus.
I believe the management at AQM is well equipped to mange the current program and when the heavy lifting is required Teck can both come in and take over the management and reward AQM by supporting  their participation. If AQM was able to get Mitsubishi involved to fund the PFS without having to go the market it looks good to me.
