Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE:Cosmo Group??

RE:Cosmo Group??
You misunderstand, Chandanga has 1.17 billion tonnes of coal, Tugalatai has 2.3 billion tonnes (if the non 43-101 historical work is accurate). These 2 properties will be combined and each company gets half of that. In addition PCY gives 1/3 of PPG (the power plants) to Cosmo in hopes then can fast track the PPA and funding. Something tells me there will be more dilution in order to stay afloat and fund the power plants because in the "about Cosmo" section it says they have significant financial resources but there was no money paid to PCY in this deal that I can see.
