If this news would have been that positive, u would have seen much more than 1% gain, market has spoken. Would have preferred that they take that money from the divi plus the buy back and diversify out of yemen. As share holders we deserve more than cvi using the cash to buy back shares. They have been doing that for 3 years and we are still below 1.50. Call me negative but the sp speaks on its own. Two years ago they had put together a committee to look at increasing share valuation in response to dno bid. Where are we after that buy back andtwo seperate 3m buy back. Back to square one.
