Conversely, It would be nice if Apple would agree to terms with Wilan. That is the difficulty of dealing with the bully and the current stand off. I do believe WIN will be much better prepared this time around. Risk--Reward and you might argue the downside is in the mid $3 ish but the upside is substantial
