Absolutely. If there was no backstop we'd all have to put in to question what management thinks about what they have. They are putting money where their mouth is and that's important. These guys want to lose money about as much as we do so their intent to backstop was required due to the market but should also be seen as a vote of confidence as EKIM is alluding to.

Can it go down, certainly it can but it all depends on the pricing of the rights and I would suggest that it's the price of the warrant that will direct the SP more than the rights price. it's going to be a carrot and stick approach. You want to buy the rights because the warrants are so damn attractive. If the rights come's in at $0.40 and the warrant is $0.50 the share price is deemed to be in that range.
