RE:something is wrong with this stockPerhaps also relevant is the choice of underwriters of the financing.  TD flipped a 500K block prior to announcement and has been a heavy seller since.  Could be they we advised they wouldn't receive flow-throughs to offer to their cusomers and got mad and went home.
