RE:RE:Fission raises $12.5 million
Really, as nice as it would be to see the stock at $2 today, lets keep in mind that we were at a buck in January and rose to $1.73 in short order. I realize that conditions were different and more lbs have been proven since that time but it goes to show how quickly a SP can increase.
If the drill program continues to produce consistently good results and the resource estimate is completed on time, by years end or shortly thereafter, I would expect a move to the tsx. Again provided that the resource estimate is good or at least decent, with this being one of the best, most shallow deposits ever, we should get an offer and as it goes with capitalism, the players arent going to let one another steal it.
I think what alot of people dont take into account is that many brokerages and investment firms are not permitted to buy "penny stocks", stocks on the venture, stocks without a resource estimate, due to their own internal guidelines.
A good friend of mine is a fund manager and is personally aware of fission, has been at functions where it has been brought up. He cannot buy it for his own fund due to the factors I mentioned above.
I continue to expect a stock price increase in the fall and winter with a buyout coming in the spring. In my opinion, yest it wouldnt hurt to have the stock price maintained at a much higher level, but the market should dictate that buyout be based on estimated lbs in the ground at a certain $ value divided by the outstanding shares. Dumbed down yes, but if we use those three factors in an equation, really all we know for certain is the outstanding shares, not the lbs or the $, thoughts?
