RE:RE:Special dividend in DecemberHi Kingfox
I like the special dividend combined with regular semi annual 2 cent / share dividend.
I think what would really start to launch the stock price is if they announce some sort of stock buy back plan - $ 380+ Million shares outstanding is really stretching it . Good to start the process when the SP is low like this ..Kingfox in your analysis $ 91 million at $ 2.50 per share / buys 36.4 Million shares or almost 10% of all outstanding common shares....
I am not suggesting share buy back in lieu of dividends.. but they need to start reducing the
number of outstanding shares as this is not a penny stock ..
