RE:TD - Spec Buy at $0.10 remainsI also want to mention that it makes no sense for the lender to force them into receivership.  If they do they lose even more money on this as the assets become even less valuable.

Based on TD's valuation, the lenders would be best to sit tight and wait for an asset sale from one of the two big assets (US or Mexico).
