The Red Springs Property is subject to a 2.5% Net Smelter Property.

Excellent post Kutubu. I agree on everything especially the company being undervalued. I don't see the price moving up though until we close off the financing (let's get it done). This may be the last chance to get cheap stock through the financing or over the table. Please DYODD. I've heard rumors that Mr. McAndless is very proactive with his work practices....
