The key part is this - "over 1.1 billion shares on a fully diluted basis"
Fully diluted includes the existing 160 million options on top of the 855 basic shares outstanding even thought they are way out of the money. So just incase you are math challenged 855 million + 160 million = 1.1 billion+.
