The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

Here I was, for the past six years, blindly tossing my dollars into the ether and, through sheer happenstance, averaging a 40% compound annual growth rate. Imagine the possibilities now that I can make informed investment decisions! It occurs to me that I should have qualified my first post with 'on a fully diluted basis' to satisfy your fixation on technicality but, as before, my point remains the same- no big surprises, diluted stock, risk of further dilution, slow and steady growth and stable share price, news alone is not gonna radically accelerate sp beyond 5-8% in the very near term (4-6 weeks) without some corresponding and equally radical good news. I hope to eat my words but not getting my hopes up. Can we exit the conversation now?
