RE:lefmike; your logic is spot on

RE:lefmike; your logic is spot onMG..... A joint venture of this type I suspect requires a significant investment by both parties. ...................................................... The cost for the outside party to join will be significant but I'm sure they would require financial assurances that even with their upfront money paid to ATH and their commitment that ATH will be investing a similar/significant amount and that the JV partner is not taking all the risk. .............................................................................................I'm not 100% sure they have a partner signed sealed and delivered just yet, they may very well have something on the backburner but I'm positive an agreement will not be signed until ATH has funds to move forward. ...................................................................................................Let's say that the payment from PC does not come through, I can see ATH maybe having to go to the market for funds to move forward on Duvernay and other projects, but that is a long way off I suspect. For now we wait and keep fingers crossed that the money will be forthcoming .
