PFS: other remarks on Bechtel and Anto

PFS: other remarks on Bechtel and AntoSome further remarks:
  • it will now be 100% (from 99%) clear that it is pointless for DM to buy back Anto share
  • no mention of Bechtel, very strange. Seems that AMEC indeed took over (as Anto dropped the option and thus the control over TMM), which might have caused the PFS delay. But not even a mention of Bechtel, a renowned firm? Makes one wonder about the Anto-DM relation.
  • Remarkably, Anto 'coincidentally' also replaced its CEO earlier today.. to divert attention? No release on TMM PFS yet on their website. Will be interesting to see if there will be and what NPV and assumptions they will report...
