2 important things I understood for what I read 1 Financing is guaranteed by Kores so raising money should not be an issue, repaying it could dilute the value of Baja, but again don't they have 97$ million to play with? 2. If Baja is not also responsible for class action lawsuit shouldn't this pave the way for a takeover? Am I correct?
