The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Share PriceOK Buzzy Boy  read the last couple of Q's , netbacks (price /barrel), and evaluate for growth YoY & QoQ  bkx.to , ygr.to ( got shut off for 21 days and skewed the quarterly results - not a permanent problem),
Gxe.to (see on a chart), dej.to (better to look itup as dej), RRx.to, Re.to, Cne.to , high prices /share reflect very good movment momentum plays but these are good at least until jan 2015,Amzg is struggling but refused to change the forward guidance, Mei.to, penny stocks are often good value but  stuck often in neutral for several years.You will do well to work the momentum side if you are able to micromanage it daily ,weekly and maybe quit if there is a 5% pullback. Mybe watch BNN instead of laying around drinking?eh?
