The trouble is you need to know the position of a stock on the chart. We know FCU isn't at it's maximum exploration value because according to the chart that occurs when the discovery is sold (makes 100% sense). What you don't know is if FCU is on relative value scale at 2, 4 or 6. You can guess at the location but you don't for sure until the buy occurs. Could also be that FCU is on the relative value scale at the 2 position and NXE is at the 4 position. You don't know.
