RE:Gordon Flatt - Acquisition in the public market I'd stay with Gordon Flatt. IMHO it would be rediculous for US Govt to pass on NMD for economic reasons - Alaska in particular. As for environmental concerns, even if it were not to happen in USA, it could be imported from Japan or elsewhere.  That is not to say not to take precautions , but 'sky will fall' is beyond me.
