Will the Xchange ask Lucara 2 comment on recent SP decrease?

Will the Xchange ask Lucara 2 comment on recent SP decrease?OPINION:
I know when SP goes up quickly without any market news - quite often the exchange asks the company involved to make a public comment as to whether they have any "unknown news" to the market.
$ 2.80 to $ 2.41 so quickly after the 2nd quarter news is baffling ... ( no market crash news to support such a decrease .... )
Maybe if Lamb came out and said the company has no relevent information that might  support such a stock  price decrease - it might stop the downward trend and put "some regulatory  focus"  on whoever might be causing the  recent SP decrease.. I think the SP decline goes way beyond the average investor that maybe "selling on the news"  . (Can anyone check most recent short positions on LUC ?)
