$2mil doesn't sound like very much if the company is suppose to be doing/producing something.  Aside from that, I can see why you'd be frustrated with a $3/sh entry price.  That's how I feel with Orbite right now, hence why I'm not getting to excited about any QC injected funds.

With respect to insider selling, I'll be sure to review the history.  Interesting that Cashin would sell at $0.85 last year - wonder what the reason for doing so was?
