I strongly believe this company is over valued and not

I strongly believe this company is over valued and notbecause of the assets (assets are phenominal) but rather if one brings up the 5 year chart then the picture becomes clear as to why the share price has collapsed from a high of $60+ to where its at today....there has been countless over-promises and under-deliveries (still continues to this day) and countless missteps by the management (with very lucrative pay packages i might add) and ofcourse the 2 reverse splits hasn't really helped so far....the share price collapse from $60+ to current levels does not make it undervalued but rather what is the problem or problems that have brought the share price down %97+ from its highs....the assets remain credible but i have no faith in the management and Colombia as a reliable jurisdiction....production cost is way too high.....this is all my own opinion and i urge you all to do your own due diligence as i have been wrong on many occasions and i could very easily be wrong this time as well
