RE:RE:Who would lendIt's resource development 101. It's next to impossible to developed a resource in a declining price environment. Unless of course one has someone to underwrite such as IMC. In essence, IMC thru loaning 410 mil. has exercised control of this asset. It is and has always been about IMC.
