RE:RE:Lockheed Martin Contract

RE:RE:Lockheed Martin Contract
I would LOVE to see a share price of $1.25 or even $6.25!!! Based on a $100M contract over 10 years I don't think the company would be valued  near the high end of your estimate - $688M based on 110M shares outstanding as of July 2014.

If you put an optamistic net income of 10% and assume a 10% discount on earnings with a 10 * 30 multiple we could see .43 - 1.30/share. As you say, it's hard to value a deal we don't have details on, and we don't know what other doors can be opened from this deal, continued R&D, Nu Cast, Nuclear, and the hiring of Huskamp.

If you look at KLS (They manufactures valves for rail cars) they have a MC of $284M with sales of $5M last Q and YoY growth of 112%. They are in a different industry, now pay a dividend (Crazy considering were they were a few years back), etc but this might help provide some guidance for a manufacturer with a market disturbing product entering into the stage of growth and positive earnings.
