I read the description of fotyapp which was written by your questionable CEO, David Lucatch.
Facebook already does what fotoyapp does.

1) Upload your photo to facebook
2) Add your text description
3) Another person who sees the photo and its description can have the photo description translated by clicking on the TRANSLATE BY BING button.
