Priorities - Drilling for results or options and extensions

Senior management needs to get their priorities straight.  Focus on drilling strategically to produce results which would net positive results and the upward movement of the share value; rather than issuing options then asking for extensions on the expiration of them options due to lack of results.  Why issue more options when some on the verge of expiring, what incentive are new options when the benefit of prior ones go unrealized.  I hope the compensation package is setup for success now and we see results for the exercising of them options.  Time for drilling results!!!!!!!!!!!
