Solstice Gold Corp. is a Canada-based exploration company with district-scale gold and lithium projects. My goodness we are looking at Barrick Gold type Management compensation. Not bad change for running an exploration company that is not near production. One point that glares at me is that the indicated "Total Annual compensation" appears to be within reason however the compensation gets rediculous when the "All other CAD" is added in.

Curious what the "All other CAD" is? Perhaps a bonus provision?
