The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

Eugene100, thanx for the great chart. If I'm correctly catching your drift, I hope you're right that the low percentage of shares held short indicates that this rally is genuine and not just short-covering. I'ma thinkin' that a few probably got out, but even if all did, they would constitute only 1/5 of the 3.5 million shares traded today. Any still short may be hurtin' in the future. I bought more today and have more than a full position now, so I'll be able to enjoy what I see as a fine investment. Thanks again for your info. Popps
