I think one must not get carried away with these pie in the sky price targets. For one, 100m spread over 10 years simply will not justify a market cap of almost 700m. Not to downplay the significance of a Lockheed signing, but IB would have to see ALOT more growth and revenue streams to acheive such a lofty SP. On top of that, there is no guarantee that Lockheed will sign anything. Just because they are taking their time doesn't mean they will sign on the dotted line. They are obviously conducting their Due Diligence with regards to what IB can offer. Still very much a gamble. That said, potential is obviously there but it easy could go either way.
