Low Stock PriceIt's been a while since I posted here. I've sold some of my stock but have kept some. This is a company that is selling at 50% of equity and has a PE of 9. This company has morphed into a potential value play. My honest opinion of what's holding the stock price back in the short term is Cardiff. I think the market anticipates a write down of the investment in Cardiff. The company is trying to mitigate this by developing the top two areas of the well. But I don't think the ultimate value of the reserves from there will be enough to offset the amount of the total investment. Once the write-down is announced, that may be the time to buy some more. Just my opinion. Thanks, Paul
