The make up of Stans top brass is changing ( Russians , Kyrghz) with the people who can make changes happen within the government of the KR. Stans management are on the ball they know how to play the game, hopefully these morons will come to their senses. Personally I say take these idiots for as much as we can and sell the place they can have it with no technical know how it's useless with no joint venture it's useless and no one in their right mind will crawl into bed with these corrupt scum so they have to play ball eventually.
